The key to productive meetings
Effective meetings are the ones that result in decisions, insights, or action items. Document those with iMeetingX. Plan, take notes, and assign tasks from your meetings. All in one app, without jumping between your calendar, notes, and task manager.
Initiate a project
iMeetingX is ideal for working on projects that’ll require multiple meetings. Create a project in the app, and you’ll have all the insights from those meetings in one place.
Go to the Initiate tab. Here, add the project name and participants. You can organize attendees into distribution groups to save time on sending multiple invites.
You can also import attendees to save time. Click the gear icon and choose Import Participants > From macOS Contacts.
Add meetings and invites
Once you’ve set up the project, it’s time to schedule meetings. Save time with templates for different meeting types. You can customize them and add your own templates for the future.
Open the Meetings tab. Right-click on a relevant template and choose “Create new Meeting from Template.” Now, you can edit everything, from the list of participants (distribution groups are handy here) to the objectives and agenda. Don’t forget to send the invite once you’ve finished.
Jot down meeting notes and assign tasks
The built-in task manager is where iMeetingX shines. Add action items, notes, requirements, and decisions from each meeting. Now, it’s easy to see what that meeting was about.
Under the Tasks tab, click the plus button to add a new item. Add a description, assign the responsible, set deadlines, and add details. You can switch between the meetings and smart lists on the sidebar to quickly see where each item belongs.
