Plan your day, week, and month easily by syncing multiple accounts (Google, iCloud, Outlook). Set up to 5 reminders to be sure you won’t miss your appointments. Don’t know where to start? Calendars has a collection of 200+ interesting sports, TV, and holiday calendars that you can add.

Send out invites
Save time on inviting people to regular or pre-arranged events with easy invites. Make connections simple with Calendars’ tools to book conference rooms and view your colleagues’ schedule.
Use natural language
Add an upcoming event by typing in the information about it in plain language, e.g. “meet Annie at Wendy’s tomorrow at 10.” Calendars will recognize your input and create an event, add location and your contact.
Check off your to-do list
Manage your tasks in one place by syncing your Reminders and Google Tasks. Add estimated completion time and schedule your tasks with an easy drag-and-drop onto the calendar!
Create event templates
Keep scheduling the same type of event over and over? Save time by creating a template and drag-and-dropping it to schedule a new event in moments. You can also use templates to build better habits by scheduling regular well-being related tasks.

The app has a consistent error when connecting to Outlook accounts. Microsoft 365 accounts barely ever stay in sync either. Somehow it even has an issue syncing to LOCAL calendars - which should be easy since they’re natively accessed by the OS. Support makes promises about fixing things, but even though they ADVERTISE that it works with certain providers - it simply doesn’t. Like other Readdle apps, they’re more interested in adding half-baked AI features and charing an exorbitant amount for them rather than fixing core functionality.

Calendars is a step above several other calendar apps I have used. It is easy to use, fast, and intuitive and adds the function of planning your day and week in ways that makes it useful and gives you a better chance of staying on target and successfully completing your plan.

Loads of things do not work. When you want to add people to a calendar event you need to input the email of the person even if you have them on your google account. You can’t drag and drop events. You can’t click to create but you have to click on the plus sign.
