Oleksandr is the founder and CEO at MacPaw and Setapp. As a student, he became passionate about macOS architecture and Apple gadgets. In 2008, his enthusiasm resulted in the creation of the CleanMyMac app, which now has over 25 million downloads. That was the beginning of MacPaw, which, under Oleksandr's leadership, has become a key player in the Mac software market. In 2017, MacPaw launched Setapp, the first subscription-based platform offering a curated collection of Mac and iOS apps. Oleksandr is also a co-founder of SMRK, a Ukrainian venture fund that invests in IT startups. In his spare time, he practices karate and enjoys windsurfing, wakeboarding, jet skiing, and kitesurfing.
