Instagram and Twitter introduced character limits for posts to prevent people from posting novels on their feeds. But people found a workaround — posting images with text. Now we need a workaround to copy that text if we want to save some Insta wisdom.
Copy text from images
TextSniper is a marvelous tool for copying the uncopyable.
Press Shift + Command + 2 and grab any area on the screen that has text — for example, text from a Twitter image. TextSniper will notify you that it has copied the text instantly.
Paste text from images
Command + V to paste the text you’ve just grabbed to your notes app or text editor. Nothing new, just the usual pasting shortcut. That’s it!
