I like some parts of it. I was hoping for better more efficent cancelling of junk mail. It doesn’t seem to do that very well—just sends you to the website via a browser for you to cancel. It also isn’t on the approved apps for my enterprise Office 365 set up—so I will have to use Outlook for my work emails, but for my sidegig and my personal email it seems ok.

FRUSTRATING! Just trying to get up and running on this app. Replying to an email coverts the typeface to an impossibly small size. Spent five minutes going through preferences, no solution. Even changing the size directly on the repy reverts back to small—impossible. All support is robot (AI), which is useless. No email provided for support questions. Other initial issues, similar frustrations. I don’t have time for this. PROVIDE DIRECT HUMAN SUPPORT, YOUR CUSTOMER’S TIME SHOULD BE MORE VALUABLE THAN YOUR OWN. May otherwise be a great app, I don’t think I’ll be learning, because I don’t have time to solve obvious issues on my own. I have work to get done.

doesn’t do what i want.. i just wanted to be able to make a rule where it made the background color different for certain senders.. which is either not possible or i couldn’t figure it out. either way.. back to apple’s mail app i go.

slow, unstable, doesn't show my email. point of an email app is to send and receive email.

The software makes a great first impression, but it keeps crashing—closing immediately upon launch. macOS 26.1 (25B78)

A bit mixed, it has some great features, but feels a bit unfinished. Co-pilot worked amazing for the first day, but then hasn’t worked at all since. Overall, I’d say it’s good, but it’s not as good as I was hoping.

glitchy and slow

Turns out I have to disable both my antivirus software and my VPN before it will work properly. I’m just not comfortable with that.

No PGP or SecureSend (even tho it is advertised) in this version. But thank god for useless AI slop features. Was good app, went downhill.

I actually liked this app a lot and loved that it’s part of setapp. Recently read it’s leaving Setapp, which is a real bummer. Feature that’s missing is sorting by sender (which gmail is lacking as well). Sure you can select a mail and filter from there, but that’s still a work-around.

On both MacOS and iOS this app is S-L-O-W and unstable as well. This used to be a very good email app but I don’t know if the dev has moved on to something else but to say this app has become an annoance is an understatement.

This version don’t have PGP feature

Only email client that has more or less kept up with the times. It’d be nice if AI took less of a front row seat since it’s pretty low on the list of things that email needs to be improved, but eh.

This starts out strong, I actually don’t hate my inbox anymore, but then it kind of gives up on gatekeeping and pretty much lets every single iota of spam into your inbox. Now it looks like Apple Mail, just with more of my accounts pouring in crap than before. I don’t take advantage of the AI write-for-my-lazy-butt capabilities, I’m sure they are prett dope, but since I once again hate my inbox, I’ll probably never try additional features since I just don’t like opening my email anymore.
