Can’t edit without it.

Maybe I’m missing something, but I can’t figure out why folks like this app so much… could be worse, but like, it’s definitely not great. The UI is a bummer, and it’s just generally hard to navigate. I’ll give it another few attempts, but yeah I just don’t get it, I guess?

Nice but a bit clunky. Missing dearly a distortion correction tool.

Not a very stable app, keeps stalling and having the be forced to quit. Not yet had the chance to use it because of this issue!

Useful, but I’ve only used it a couple of times. It certainly offers a big range of options.

Counter-intuitive, invasive

Took an hour or so to get hang of it, watched some videos. The magic of this tool is how it uses tiles, presets and batch processing. Very efficient way to go thru 300+ pics from a DSLR RAW file for a workflow which had, enhancements, watermark, text overlay, and more. The tool is super nifty and modular (this too takes a bit to get). 1. Cropping - allow me to put my custom ration (1.5) as a custom preset in drop down 2. Overwriting current file, requires 3 clicks (need to have a keystroke combination to make it one step) 3. Quick before after side-by-side (tabs are fine but not efficient to quickly compare before and after) Overall a great tool and developer(s) have thougtfully made the minimalistic design.

Quite cumbersome to use. Also it seems to set itself as the defaul app for some file formats, includeing videos.

keeps crashing won’t open

The problem I have with this program is that whenever I open any jpeg, png, mov, or mp4 file, it always opens up in CameraBag Pro when I don’t want it to, so sadly, as of tonight I have to un-install the program. It was fun to try it and it has great potential. Yeah, didn’t work out for me, I’m on a mac. Later. Onward and Upward, Mitch

don’t want it to open videos by default, doesn’t play full video even when it does

I had previously given this app a thumbs down due to it not performing as expected with videos. I just tried it again (11/12/24) and was impressed with the successful export of a poorly lit video. The lighting, shadows, gamma were adjused in CameraBag Pro, the end result was better than expected.

It is disappointing that this app doesn’t work on the iPad version

For videos, it’s acceptable for a simple edit like adding a text overlay, but the app looks unfinished: it’s cumbersome to use (the interface is counterintuitive) and, importantly, one cannot preview the video while editing without waiting for a quick export (that sometimes shows only a fraction of the video…), the Mac says the videos produced with this app cannot be played as it cannot check whether they’re free from malware (?), and it keeps setting itself as the default for videos without a setting or asking (?). If it weren’t part of Setapp, it wouldn’t make sense to pay for this (in this current version of 16 Sept 2025). Uninstalling…

Useful for quick fixes

Well, it stopped working. I use this app every day for work, and now I have to find something else and resetr up everything. I’ve contacted support 6 times, and they are referring me to the developers. I try to contact the developer, it says I have to have a registration number, which I don’t becuase it’s under Setapp. I’ve explained this and still, I’ve gotten no help.

Is an useful app, you can fix your photos in an easy and free way.
