The latest version keeps crashing after auto-updating—seems like it no longer supports macOS 15.7.7.

Can’t login on macOS Tahoe 26.4.1, returns a generic error message: “This account has been locked for security reasons.” Immediately checked on another device, my account is not locked. Login works fine on iOS devices with Face ID, no idea why the app can’t use Touch ID on a Macbook.

The accounts keep disconnecting and the subscription “expires” after 2 weeks if I don’t sign in?? I do my finance once a month and I don’t want to set a reminder to log in the app to keep the subscription active. It’s unfortunate, otherwise this app may have been ok.

This app has worked well for me. But they recently crippled the setapp version by only allowing transaction sync to one bank. So I have to say that, at least for me, the setapp version is no longer useful. They use Plaid for bank connect and Plaid has always had difficulty with some Canadian banks and this limits its utility further.

Has potential but it couldn't sync to my bank.

I initially really liked the app. While not the most user friendly, it came with my setup subscription and replaced money for me, which cost $99 a month. However, for unexplicated reasons, they stopped supporting ANZ Bank in Australia, which initially worked. So the app really is now useless for me.

I’ve reached a point where I can no longer do without this app. It helps me manage my finances extremely well.

I stopped using this app because major actions like adding an account, importing a CSV, or similar would require me to quit the app and restart it before the changes would show up.

Latest release seems broken.

Connecting to bank (EU) doesnt work anymore.

i cannot figure out how to use it - way too complicated for a budgeting app and not worth the hassle of figuring it out

I’m quite happy with MoneyWiz. I haven’t been using it long but so far it is meeting all my needs. It has automatic downloading of transactions from institutions, which for me is a must for me.

Initially it worked fine - now i repeatedly have to reconnect my bank feeds, and even after sync’ing it shows the wrong amounts.

The way this app requires users to log in to iCloud and enter their password makes it unsuitable for serious use! Not only does it store sensitive data, but it also requires users to enter their iCloud password at a time when secure login methods that don’t require password disclosure have been available for years. It’s practically a phishing scam.

No funciona desde el 1 de Enero de 2026, ya no sirve para nada la app.

Assez bien dans l’ensemble. Facile à utiliser. La liaison avec la banque permet de gagner du temps.
