Nice utility to keep track of subscription. A view as list wolf be usefull, above all when we have to edit entries. Sync to Apple Calendar would be good as well.

Thanks for the feedback. You can open the full list of subscriptions through Search by tapping the “All your subscriptions” button. As for Apple Calendar sync, I’d be interested to hear more about your use case and how you imagine it working. I’d be happy if you could send more details by email.

LET’S GOOOOOO!!! I literally just found this app via X by it’s developer / founder and was just curious to see if it was available here on Setapp, and LETS GOOOOOOOO!!!! Amazing and clean app, I was a lot time looking for something that also had a mac app, mostly because these “numbers” stuff I always like to do them on my laptop instead of other apps that only have the iphone version. Just for that I made the switch ⚡

Thanks so much for this feedback. Yeah, I originally built the app specifically for Mac, where it’s most convenient to manage everything, while the iOS app is more of a nice addition for getting reminder notifications on the go 🙌

Great app, very satisfying to use and delightful to look at. You can even set up custom payment methods for your subscriptions if you want to keep track of both business and personal stuff.

Nice so far but it should give the option to change the price of the subscription AT A POINT. i mean, if every month i pay x ammount and the subscription price changed this month to z, if i change the price it changes for the past months too, which is not true. the only solution is to “stop” the subscription and create a new one with the same everything, but it’s not practical.

Thanks for your feedback. You don’t need to create duplicate subscriptions to handle price changes. Each subscription includes a Price History feature where you can set different prices for different periods. Just tap on “Amount” in the subscription details to access it 🙌

That’s a great app. Seriously. I hate adding everything. And they did really great job on the importer. Google sheets, Notion, File and App Store? I was like, really? App Store? And yeah. They ask you to open your subscription page (which you can do within the app with a single click) and then you take a screenshot. Yes. I took it, and I have around 20 subscriptions, and I use App Store in Turkish. It did really a great job taking it. They even take account of the cancelled ones, they do not take them. They translate months from my native language to the app. They detect currency, awesome. (I added Turkish Lira first then I imported, I don’t know if it would detect it otherwise, I didn’t test it. But kudos) I liked it. Notifications are neat too. I use another app to track on iOS and it is headache. This one, I liked it. One problem thoug. Since I have YouTube Channel Subscriptions, there is no way to save them from screenshot. I think it can be added as well. But I added manually.

Thank you for such detailed feedback, Ahmet! I’m really glad you liked the app. I’m planning to add another cool feature soon. You’ll be able to connect your email, and all new subscriptions will be detected and added automatically. I think this could even work for YouTube channel subscriptions, as long as Google sends some kind of confirmation email.

I used to track all my subscriptions in Notion, but decided to try this app and imported everything in one click. It’s now actually easy to keep track of all my payments, and I’d never want to go back.

Finally an app that helps you see where your money is going! Loaded it and loved it (my one gripe is that once you hit the stats, you have to close the app to het back to the list)

Good start, but doesn’t quite hit the spot for me. Pros: Easy to input subscriptions Cons: Views are too limited - monthly calendar, pie chart, and a spider (web) chart. I’d rather have an optional list view where I can see everything in one view. Also, I’d love for an email notification to be sent out. All in all, worth giving it a try if you don’t have a subscription managing app. It might work for you.

Respuesta del desarrollador

16 abr 2026

The app does have a full list of subscriptions. You can open search and tap “Open full list”. However, since the main idea of the app is to visualize subscriptions in a calendar, the full list is used less often and is placed deeper than the main screen. We don’t store any user data, which is why we don’t support email notifications, only push notifications. Thanks for the feedback! Sorry to hear the app didn’t work for you and that you left a negative review.

Love it! The import feature is really helpful! I can now track all my subscriptions much better. NOTE: It still needs some manual tweaking (adjusting the currency) after import, since my subscription records are in Indonesian and mostly use IDR. It might work perfectly if everything is in English-USD.

Respuesta del desarrollador

13 abr 2026

Thank you for your feedback. Yes, if the subscription names are in Indonesian, it may cause issues with automatic icon detection. However, if the currency is set to IDR in your file, Google Sheets, or Notion list, it should be imported and recognized correctly automatically.

Nice so far. But 1 feature request: I’d love the ability to be able to export out all of my subscriptions (separated between personal/work if possible) into a CSV (even keep a proprietary format if you must, but at least just a printable list per-invoice, per-sub, would make this infinitely more useful for myself at least. This would be a HUGE time saver when it comes to taxes as well, since I normally have to search for per-month invoices for many things. If it were exportable in the app, by year, that would be a great feature to have.

Respuesta del desarrollador

10 abr 2026

Thanks. There is currently a basic data export available, but only in the iOS app and only for all subscriptions at once. I understand what you mean, and it’s a great idea I hadn’t considered. I’ll try to add a more advanced export as soon as possible, so you can choose the period and the data type 🙌

I needed something like this, easy to import via csv, works fine. CAVEAT: I keep having to manually deduplicate the subscriptsion because I accidentally imported them across months of exports from my bank records.

Need to find them all manually

Respuesta del desarrollador

17 abr 2026

It’s not a subscription search tool, it’s a calendar. You can import your subscriptions in one click from the App Store where most of them are. There are also other import options. Manual adding is rarely needed, since icons and some details are automatically found based on the name.

The app is really intuitive, easy to use and has a great UI. Really appreciate how to app makes subscription management and tracking visual. The developer is also really responsive to suggestions and feedback. Really looking forward to using the app more - thank you! :)

I’ve been struggling to manage my subscritions for years. Your app is the best one I’ve found. Amazingly useful! It would be great if you added a way to export the data to to Excel or csv. Also I can’t find a way to enlarge the Settings -> Custom pane. As I add Categories and Payment Methods, the Add Method box scrolls off the screen so that I have to either change the Macbook Air 13’’ screen resolution to 1710 x 1112 (More Space )or delete some Categories or Payment Methods. Would adding scroll bars work? Thanks again for a developing this terrific app!

Respuesta del desarrollador

13 abr 2026

Thank you for your review and feedback. At the moment, data export to CSV is available only in the iOS app, but I will add export support to the macOS version in upcoming updates 🙏 Also, thank you for reporting the issue where a large number of categories and payment methods do not fit in Settings. I will make sure to include a fix for this in the next updates as well.
