UPDATE (Apr 3, 2026): MAJOR IMPROVEMENT with translations at least for Japanese source!! Developer reached out after my not-so-positive review over 2 months ago and welcomed feedbacks. Now gets translations fairly right about 85% of the time (just 20% before) which is already fantastic in my book. Noticing its potential initially, glad I was right to look forward to it getting better over time. Moreover, the drastic improvement in just a short period is icing on the cake! Chris, keeping my promise.....from a 👎 to a 👍! お疲れ様でした! Thank you for your hard work, sir! 👏🙂

it woudl great if this not drain my battery, so energy consuming

I'm impressed. This is a great app. The subtitling is accurate and real-time. It's especially useful for meetings, but also for translation. My only suggestion would be to have a way of making the size and position of the transcribe box persistent between sessions, so that it doesn't need to be adjusted whenever it is used.

Very nice app. But it seems translation / transcription quality is not very good, if there are options to use adanced models that would be great. Adding text to speech would also be very helpful.
