3 in 3 weeks, i need to delete the app and add the existing accounts so the app can connect to whatsapp services.. The app is nice but is always bugging… its so anoying

L’app risulta, a distanza di diversi anni, ancora molto piena di bug. Spesso si disconnette e va riavviata, l’invio dei messaggi con allegati non funziona e il design è molto obsoleto.

É muito legal poder acessar várias contas no mesmo app, porém tenho dois pontos de melhoria para sugerir: • Previsualização de arquivos Quando clicamos no arquivo recebido ele inicia um download, seria melhor que pudesse clicar para visualizar. • Fazer chamadas de áudio e vídeo Provavelmente vou deixar de usar o app por não poder fazer chamadas de áudio e vídeo. É uma função que uso bastante no app oficial do WhatsApp.

I’m running Safari version 16.6.1 (16615.3.12.11.5, 16615 and when i try to use the app it tells me i need to update Safari, it said Safari need to be version 15+ … so i dunnno whatsapp? (get it LOL )

I have found this app very useful but at the moment it won’t let me send pictures/documents, even after resintalling the app which usually fixes any issues I encounter

It keeps showing me a blank screen after connecting on both my macs. So after a few day, I uninstalled it.

Nice app. Integrates will with WhatsApp and has a better UI.

Tengo whatsapp business y a chatmate lo vengo usando hace meses… cuando lo dejo más de 1 hora abierto, deja de reproducir audios o se tilda/congela cuando quiero adjuntar una imagen o un video a un chat y todo esto es desesperante, sobre todo el no poder escuchar audios imprevistamente. La unica solucion es reiniciarlo para que vuelva a funcionar bien. La verdad me gusta la app pero falla tanto que he decidido volver a la app oficial de whatsapp

This app is great! Sometimes, there are problems with copy-pasting, but otherwise, I like that I can use a few WhatsApp accounts and it works perfectly.

Since upgrading to 26.2 it doesn’t work anymore, I open it works for a couply of minutes then the screen goes blank, only quitting and restarting to restart the cycle. It even happens when I am typing a response.

Tha app eventually crash, some times erase the content when scroll in the char conversation. and I need to restart.

The UI does not feel natural and I thought I could include different types of services, not only whatsapp

Desde algún día de enero 2026 dejó de andar. Era buena. Ahora se ha vuelto insuable. From someday of January 2026 the app not working anymore. :(

It requires constant restart

I am very happy and satisfied with the application that allows me to use over 5 WhatsApp accounts on a single platform for years. I'm also happy that they are on the Setapp platform.

So many bugs this last year, still a lot of elements moving for no reason. Not the best for paid app
