You can zoom in and out of the timeline by holding down the Ctrl key (or Cmd key on Mac) and scrolling your mouse wheel. We apologize for this not being more intuitive and will consider making this functionality more prominent in the interface, as well as evaluating your excellent suggestion for customizable shortcuts in the future. Thank you for pointing out the behavior of the Spotlight feature when scaled. You've precisely identified the cause – the shape is a rectangle with rounded corners, and the fixed corner radius means it can appear elliptical when stretched significantly. We agree that providing more control over the roundness, including the ability to create a perfect circle, would be a great enhancement. Our team will look into optimizing this in an upcoming version.

Regarding AI features, we've made important adjustments in the Setapp version: the AI features now run locally using on-device models, with no additional credits required. The interface has also been optimized for a smoother experience. We also want to share that iPhone and iPad recording is currently in development and will be introduced in the upcoming v2.1 release.
