The UI is unpolished and very buggy – it's not working as expected for me

The app is not consistent. It throws errors and is not reliable at the moment. Love the concept of it though.

not really reliable to use; I added my API key for ChatGPT, because the SetApp AI is ratelimiting me after 5 files, but with the API Key from ChatGPT I don’t get results either - I just get the message: please check your plan and your billing detail. It’s a bit frustrating. Also like, sometimes I need to add items to the queue like many times and it’s not reproductible.

Works great if you one image at a time, other than that it puts other images in a queue and does nothing.

Key does not work. Great app but useless atm.

It works on some files but not on others. It is very unreliable, and files get stuck in the queue even after I cancel them.

Can’t live without it. Very intuitive, no issue so far.

Way to hijack the CMD+I Command and not tell anyone… or have it in the app settings.

I love the idea. I really do. But the execution is horrible! From the unintuitive controls and flow to the myriad of bugs it very unfriendly to use. A UX rehaul and some QA is sorely needed.

When it initially came out on Setapp I couldn’t make it work. But I gave it a second chance and OMG, it certainly keeps up to the claims now that it’s working, excellent idea and app. A life saver for people that takes a lot of screenshots and then have to go through all of them to find what you’re looking for. 10/10!! Would be nice to have an option to set the desired language, but not a deal breaker at all.

Works great. It's really useful for renaming files. I hope the author will keep up the good work maintaining the app and supporting new file types. If possible can you supoprt heic?

EDIT: for those who have issues with it not working, go to your privacy settings, under « Automation ». idk why, but this app doesn’t ask for it but needs it. (would need an update, also is stocked at GPT-4o. Previous review: Incredible app ! I use it to name pictures of my invoices (with all the details, business, date, payment method, category). This app is saving me hours of work every month. I strongly recommand it. I’m only scratching the surface of the potential. I just saw it is possible to use it with documents also ! 10/10. Thanks so much to the creators for making it ! Would be great to have the ability to save prompt presets.

This app works well, and if you batch your changes into 4 files at a time, you can run this over and over again. I was trying to run it all at once, but once I realized this limitation and restricted my submission to 4 at a time, it went very fast.

Doesn’t work consistently. Do not recommend it.

It does work but is there a way to choose another output language? I would love to and that would make the app so much more useful for audience outside of English speaking countries.

This app was working but has stopped. Getting a Expired Signature error. Not sure what changed. Now my OpenAPI key isn’t being accepted. These are old problems.
