Amazing App!!! Use it regularly!

Great app! I hope in the future there will be a feature for bilingual subtitles - one main caption and one smaller caption. That would be amazing.

Lo encuentro superutil para mi perfecto. Solo que yo añadiria un proceso por lotes y que no haya que ir uno por uno, a base plantillas determinadas se me ocurre… Solo una sugerencia darle una vuelta por que es muy muy util. Gcs

VICAP est une vraie pépite qui fait aarti de mon top 20 des applications indispensables. Elle est ultra effiace très bien pensée et conçue par les dévelopeurs - ultra simple à utiliser et bourrée d’options de perosnnalisations visuelles et de fonctions IA avancées vraiment excellente qui vous feront gagner beaucoup beaucoup de temps dans votre flux de production de sous-titrages dynamiques de vos vidéos. Un Must Have ! =)

Love it , does need some improvements , for example it has moments when it doesn’t add subtitle and i can’t find a way to add manually, other than that , amazing

04/03/25 03:09:27 AM VidCap did a pretty good job of transcribing lyrics from a hip-hop song that was written to me and posted as a YouTube short video. It wasn’t perfect. I tried another song that was written to me and released on Apple Music, which I purchased and downloaded. VidCap couldn’t even start a transcription when I imported that file to a new project. It said the file was corrupt. I’m guessing, but I think it might be because of DRM. Here are some suggestions: 1. Create a help guide for users. 2. Provide users with a dedicated support email address. 3. Enable users to save a project a different location. 4. Utilize AI to put vocals in separate layers from music. 5. Leverage AI to separate layers in multi-track vocals and then transcribe each layer. 6. Allow users to create a layer that overrides any transcription errors made in VidCap.

O melhor e mais simples aplicativos para legendas. Ah… O mais importante. Não gasta créditos de I.A…

É sem dúvidas um dos melhores apps para teleprompter e legendas! Apesar de não ser perfeito, o app consegue detectar pausas, colocar vírgulas, acentos e pontos de exclamação. Se falar mais pausadamente, dificilmente o app erra na transcrição.

Makes caption/srt generation and correction super easy and painless! This app does one major job and it does it REALLY well (exactly what I need it to do). I only wish that you can click the cursor into places as well instead of having to scroll, because sometimes it just swipes back to the main project dashboard

La empecé a usar con mucha esperanza de que funcionara bien, pero siempre que traduzco de inglés a español, los subtitulos quedan corridos, pasados unos 20 segundos, ya no van a la par con el audio y al final el sub termina adelantado como 40 seg, para un video de 4 minutos (este fue mi ultimo intento). Use una herramienta online, de pago :( que se llama kapwing y ningun problema…. me encantaría poder usar VidCap que está en mi suscripción… pero simplemente no vale la pena tooodo el trabajo manual que debo hacer para que el vídeo quede bien….

Vidcap has been great, I use it to create captions for all my training videos. I then export the transcript and have ChatGPT create a blog post to go with the video. It does a great job.

Kudos to the developer! This app is excellent. Very easy to use and very efficient. A must for subtitle buffs ;-)

I’ve used this app extensively to translate conferences, and it has always worked wonderfully for me. However, in the past few days, it has started malfunctioning quite a bit. Sometimes, it leaves subtitles blank, and from that point on, the synchronization with the audio becomes misaligned. It’s truly a shame. I’m not sure if these issues started with the latest update, but I really hope the developers fix them soon.
