Thank you for the detail, and I am sorry 7.2 let you down at setup. You found real bugs, and the cause was what you guessed: setup paths were not tested as hard as the council itself. All four are fixed in 8.0: - Saving a council under an existing name updates it, or you can choose Save as New. Edited and deleted councils no longer come back. - Claude Sonnet 4 is no longer added to councils. Model updates stay with the same vendor and tier, and custom or local IDs are never touched. - OpenRouter and custom endpoint models now appear in the pickers. - Custom provider setup keeps the model IDs you type, tests the endpoint, and explains a failed model list instead of hiding it. 8.0 also went through a full audit of the app, and more than 2,000 tests now run on every build. If you are willing to try again, I would value hearing whether it holds up for you. Thanks

Thank you for reporting this, and I am sorry it made the app unusable. You were right: attaching an image let the prompt editor grow without limit and push the window off the screen. That is fixed in 8.0. The editor keeps a fixed height when images are attached, and the thumbnails sit in their own row under the text, so the window stays where it is. If you try again with 8.0 and it still misbehaves, a note of your macOS version and the image size would help us pin it down. Thanks

If you have not tried it yet, 8.0 adds the council report under each answer, which lists the corrections the chair adopted, the disagreements it resolved and what is still open, and a Review Workspace for pressure-testing a draft against sources with Markdown, JSON or PDF export.
