Overall it seems to do what it says on the tin.

Very bad app. Everytime I update my system or restart the MacBook, the app never start automatically. I have already added it to the Login Item and enable "Launch on Login" in the app setting yet it never works. How can an app be good if it can't even get start on boot working?

Where is the UI? I can only see an icon on the dock, but no settings, no app window nothing. Ist broken since Tahoe.

Overall, I’m pleased with the app and find that it regulates the battery as it’s supposed to. However, every time I reboot, I have to reinstall the helper in order to get the battery percentage and icon to show in the menu bar. If I don’t, there will be a little icon of a circle with a lightening bolt in it.

I really like that I burn my battery by constantly let it charge to 100%. My old Macbook died ofter only 400 cycles.

I have an annoying issue that everytime I boot up my MacBook Pro it asks me to Install the Helper for AlDente Pro. And sometimes when I install the helper it doesn't work all, that well, because I set it to stop when it reaches 80%, and keeps going until 100%, I need to quit the app, launch it again and move the slider above and below 80% in order to start discharging to 80%. P.S. I tried to reach you by email but your support email doesn’t work, it bounced back.

App works with upgraded version. Setapp has issues with installing the latest update over 1.29 version, hence requires uninstall and install. Overall, love the app to protect the battery life and have been using this for years!

Does work on Tahoe and convenient to manage the battery as the built-in system is very random…

why can’t open this application? where is the ui gone?

So far so good, not sure if it’s fixing the chronod problem though. Also, the UI seems to have a non-standard menu bar, so it’s not very intuitive to find settings and options for hiding the app to the menu bar.
