Fantastico, não gasta muito recurso, em 2 testes funcionou bem em obter 1hr de reunião. Só não sei ainda qual a tela que ele usa de referencia para gravar caso você tenha mais de uma.

It is okay, but not recomended. Laggy and not developing and can’t detect meeting from google meet (integration with calander helps little). Not enough settings. Slow. A lot ot be done to this app to become really useful. Also drain a battery a lot. No default folder for videos and trascriptions.

Getting the default speaker to align and record finally broke me. Wow. I can’t believe I can’t trust this app. There is something magical there. 50 upload limit is bunk.

Having this app run in the background consumes 40% of the CPU of my brand new M4 MacBook Air making it extremely laggy and unresponsive. Not worth the performance penalty. I’ll just stick to manually recording things when I think I might need to reference it in the future.

Unusable app. Long meetings (just 1-2 hours ones) always got screen-recording broken. Clicking on the UI could it stuck so we lost the recording. Also the app go recording all the time which harmfully impact to the computer performance (I’m using a M3).

GREAT IDEA; COMPLETELY NON-WORKING APP I have back-to-back Zoom meetings every Monday. As soon as Backtrack begins transcribing the first meeting it needs to also record the second meeting. Unfortunately the result is that it utterly fails to give me a recording of either meeting. Absolutely useless.

It works until it doesn’t. Although under Backtrack’s Settings > Plans & Billing it says Recordings 50 /month in fact the limit is 50 *total*. After that, older recordings will stop being available and you get a prompt to "Upgrade to Access" the older ones. Clicking that button results in an error message. The app’s help center says “Please email our CEO [email protected] for any help you might need or any questions you have,” but Hunter never responded, when I tried this. Okay, whatever. Backtrack can save recordings and transcripts locally, too, right? That’s great! Well, maybe. It *can* save the recordings locally, but getting transcripts is a crapshoot. About 1 in 10 actually gets saved. So after a point, all the app is good for is retroactively downloading recordings, which you can then transcribe using some other app. That’s still useful! But it’s not much like what the app claims it does.

It’s a life saver in some situations, I love it.

Absolutely great idea, but the execution lacks severely. Starting recording instantly rendered my system completely unusable. Can't recommend.

I don't get the negative reviews backtrack is awesome!!!!!! I was looking for something like rewind.ai and this is good enough. keep up the good work :) :)

I wanted local only, so deleted account*. Now the interface just keeps showing a login screen, but for my own reason canNOT signin. However, but, I now canNOT drag anything or watch any presumptively present time line… I would/nt know. I do NOT want to signup again. The idea is brilliant but no signin?! No … tja, anything, but it is recording! That is not a problem, its just: where too? *) deleted account: because on my iPhone it suddenly mentioned a name that I have never entered in Setapp before, …. (I’ll spare you that detail, just wanted to get rid of cloud account asap)
