I Like it, Its simple and quick. Would like to have a day or cal view of some kind when setting due dates. I may making things too complicated for this style of app, but I would like to see some kind of auto due date capability which takes into account durtion to help re-prioritise the day (There are other apps out there I know). Possibly I just juggle too many tasks. love it though, hope development keeps going.

Rapidly evolving. It’s currently my number one task manager. (You’ll need to invest time learning the keyboard shortcuts, but once you do…)

Godspeed is a godsend. It’s fantastic and getting better all the time! This is the first to-do app I’ve used that I’ve been able to stick with for more than a few weeks without reverting to pen and paper. It has a clean, beautiful interface and is very easy to learn and use. I love that you can do everything with hotkeys but still can search for a command if you don’t know or remember the hotkey. The developer is very open and responsive to feedback and help requests.

Brilliant to-do list. Use it for everything. Best thing is you can forward mails to your lists since each list has its own e-mail address. Also love the keyboard shortcuts. Takes some getting used to but works lightning fast.

*edit of my first negative review, the problem with ios app that I had was fixed in a jiffy. Godspeed is not trying to do it all (which never works), but has a clear concept and deliveres on it and then some. Keyboard controls are very convinient, the design is simple, well organised, comforting and intuitive. It was the quickeset set up of a new task manager in my experience and I was pleased to discover that lists, tags, folders and smart lists allow even for rather sensible project management. I with they’d add a simple habit tracker (mainly because it seems impossible to find one with similary comfortable UX and no fluff :) and would love a watch app someday. But even without it any of it I’m sticking with this app. Many thanks Daniel!

Fast and easy! Does everything I want without getting in the way.

I LOVE this app! This is everything I’ve wanted in a task management app – it’s super easy to start, but has all the advanced features I want (labels, attachments, notes, easy snoozing of tasks). I started using vim keyboard shortcuts out of habit and couldn’t believe they worked out of the box. I don’t even have to go all the way over to the arrow keys anymore! :D

This is absolutely the most powerful task management tool I have ever used. Every day I am expanding my knowledge of it’s capabilities. I cannot believe how much I’ve already discovered and it is quite obvious I have a ton more to learn. Highly recommend forcing yourself to use keyboard only mode to learn the keyboard interface, because it is so fast. So far everytime I think of another way to interact with, organize, and see my tasks, this tool is able to do it. The only thing I want now is for this to have full blown note taking capabilities similar to Logseq, where I can cross link notes and tasks. Really, really love this app.

Godspeed is godlike, too. Totally a game-changer for todo apps.

Little bit tricky to convert from non-setapp version to setapp, but otherwise I love it.

Have used it for 10 minutes and I have alerady ditched my Moleskin notebook and Reminders app. Apple could take a lesson or two from this app.

It’s so fast. I love the infinite possibilities it allows with very powerful search engine and smart list rules. Infinite nesting, finally! And each folder creates a view with all of its list 🤯. Macros. Custom hotkeys with multiple keybinds per command. Oh and did I mention how fast it is? What a joy to use.

Fantastic. More functionality than Things 3 and without the slow animations. 90% of the featues of OmniFocus but faster and more fluid, syncs faster, and has better keyboard shortcuts. It’s the sweet spot of robust task management without having to get a bloaded PM tool or one of the many note-taking-plus-tasks-plus-everything apps that aren’t optimized for any one job.

This app is incredibly cool and very user-friendly. I love it, but there’s a huge negative: the right-click functionality doesn’t work. It’s a major inconvenience and makes the app unusable. It’s better than the Apple Notes app, but that’s only because it lacks this crucial feature.
