I use this app daily and have used it for years. A perfect middle ground between default reminders and project management. 2026 Edit: Still using this daily on macOS and iOS

I love it very much. I would not change it for anything. It is very simple and very easy to understand

I’m a new user and haven’t learned all the tips and tricks, but its easy to get started and seems to have a lot of optional functionality to learn and use as I go. It expands on Reminders rather than replacing it (for me, so far) adding more personalizable views, filters, automations (quick actions) but not overwhelming with clutter. I have it on iOS and Mac and prefer it as my main task/to-do interface on either device.

False advertisement on app. Not usable on iOS without paying again.

Really difficult to understand. If you import reminders the app gets very chaotic very quickly. Not easy to use. Mobile app doesn’t come free.

Why isn't the iOS version available on Setapp if we have paid for iOS as an additional device?

So annoying! You have to pay for the iOS app! That makes this app useless to me.

App that goes on setapp then tries to squeeze extra cash with a mobile app is just not chill. Also say “All Apple Devices” not “All Devices” - Implies windows/linux support. Superlist is free and actually cross platform and doesn’t claim a bunch of stuff like this app while trying to pull semi-shady extra cash grabs. Not recommended.

Hate to be forced to give feedback

I have to say, this has become one of the essential applications for me from Setapp. I have become highly addicted using it to be able to schedule out my days, weeks and months; both for tasks and events. If you combine this with the magnificent Dato app by a fellow Norwegian (the add event/reminder button), it becomes a powerhouse where you are able to add tasks and events easily from the menubar whenever they come to mind with Dato, where you can also set up full-screen reminders. I’ve used a great deal of productivity, task, PM-apps and platforms in my life. This is the one that I have stuck the longest with! Love it! Keep up the good work guys :)

I’ve just istalled it, works nicely. For very long time I was using Reminders as my TODO list and this app is the thing I’ve been waiting for (but didn’t know it exists). I’m very glad it operates on reminders and calendar events under the hood. Thanks!

Why i can’t login with setapp on phone?

Love the desktop version, but I think it’s not really fair that you have to then pay about €20 to unlock the same features in the companion iOS app.

Excellent replacement for Reminders.app!
