Hi Mixel, Thanks for the feedback! The OpenAI API is a separate product from a ChatGPT subscription, and unfortunately OpenAI doesn't allow ChatGPT credits to be used via the API. However, since you are on Setapp, you can use OpenAI models directly through Kerlig's Setapp integration — no API key needed, and it uses your Setapp credits. Hi Bin, thank you for the feedback! Just to clarify how Kerlig works - it reads the webpage content at the moment you open the Kerlig window. It doesn't continuously track or follow page changes after that. So, if the page updates, simply close and reopen the Kerlig window to grab the latest content. Also, make sure to follow the instructions for the necessary permissions. For the documentation, please click Help in the menu bar icon. Hope that helps! Hi David, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble launching Kerlig. A couple of things to check: 1. Kerlig is launched using the hotkey you set during onboarding. If pressing it doesn't open the app, another app may be using the same shortcut and causing a conflict. You can check or change your hotkey in Kerlig Settings. 2. To access Settings, look for the Kerlig icon in your menu bar at the top right of your screen. Kerlig lives in the menu bar - it doesn't open like a traditional app with a dock window. If you don't see the icon, macOS may be hiding it automatically. To fix this, go to System Settings → Menu Bar and make sure the Kerlig toggle is enabled in the "Allow in the Menu Bar" section. Hi Michael, Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to share your feedback! A couple of things that might change your experience: Regarding language support: while the app interface is in English, the AI models themselves fully support multiple languages. You can edit existing actions or create new ones and write the prompts in any language you prefer. The AI will respond accordingly. Regarding predefined tasks: Kerlig actually has a fully customizable actions system! You can edit any built-in action or create your own from scratch with custom prompts. You can find this in Settings under the Actions tab. As for AI models, Kerlig supports over 350 models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and many more providers - so there's a lot of flexibility there too.
