Best tool there is.

Really solid app. Does its job well. In the past there were some occasional UI glitches - but they’ve cleaned that up nice. If you need to dig into requests your machine (or a certain program) is making - this app honestly makes that process very easy. The app produces a self-signed cert for you and installs it too - which is convenient. Re-routing requests by rule is feasible too.

its good but fails to capture sometimes. its a reboot away from being fixed for the simulator. Setup can be improved. linking docs. asking usage type and helping them usign a guided access featur should be nice

Best app for monitoring network traffic on a Mac or iOS device. As a developer, I cannot live without it.

The UI is clean, and I love the Breakpoint feature.

Its perfect app for proxy. It allows eaisly create automatic request/response changes or just create breakpoint so you can do it manually. I love idea of highlighting some of requests and diff pool to compare them. I think the build in search is perfect as it allowe to search everywhere as well as only for certain parts of comunication (eg, header, body etc). Setup for android is super easy and once proxyman introduced client vpn app all communication is ‘proxied’!

The latest update broke the terminal integration on intel based macos. The manual integration docs suggest to commands and flows and the files do not even exists in the system. Setapp needs to provide the ability to revert to previous app versions and stop forcing broken updates.

I wish there were more explanations for the settings. I think they made up a lot of the names for features. Never heard of a bunch of stuff reffered to those names. It’s not for the noob. It was indispensible for development, but it will cause loop backs on all network devices if it crashes and can’t seem to find out why.

After years of using this they still haven't fixed the issue where memory useage overwhelms the Mac. Frustrating.

it enabled proxies and disconnect me from the internet because my setapp account was not started. I could imagine that would cause and fixed by myself. But other people cannot have a clue. You should assure that proxyman is up an running to enable proxies.

Nas versões mais recentes, o Proxyman passou a apresentar problemas sérios relacionados ao proxy. Simplesmente nenhum debug de aplicativos funciona mais. Além disso, o aplicativo faz override nas configurações de rede do macOS, causando travamentos no fluxo de rede inteiro do computador. Perdi dias tentando entender o que estava acontecendo até descobrir que o problema vinha do Proxyman. Infelizmente, a experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado e impactou diretamente meu trabalho. É lamentável ver uma ferramenta que sempre foi confiável chegar a esse ponto. Espero sinceramente que seja corrigido o quanto antes.
