I really love this notes app. With my job and just my hobbies even I am always in a position where I could need to jot down a quick note and being able to quickly open this and categorize the note is amazing.

It’s helped me do some quick notes and copy/paste links that I can organize later — vs. having put them in Notes or in Stickes.

Love it. Just wish I had the ability to reorder the notes

seems like there’s a bug, yesterday I was working and it didn’t open when cliclink the usual button in the top bar, I had to restart macOS and it worked again

The app is suddenly showing in full screen mode, please fix asap

Simple yet well featured and very effective. Nice amount of customisation so you can set it up to fit just right. Well done!

As others have said, would love the option to collapse long notes. Or maybe resize the note from the bottom like you can from the side? I also realize this isn't a "ToDo" app, but it would be great if tasks could clear once checked. Including an option to archive (or hide) notes would be useful. Finally, allowing the user to move the location of the "Open Bar" (up and down the screen edge) would be a helpful feature. Thank you!

Everything's good—I love the app. However, I tend to write notes that sometimes get quite large, but the notes side panel wraps my text and pushes it below the visible area of the screen, which is really frustrating because then I can't use it for brainstorming my ideas.

Moving things is not good but the rest is okay

Useful for making notes without having to open and close other windows.

I use this app everyday, In general I love it, my only complaint is that it doesn't locally store images in a way that includes them in the note when you export it. I can see the photos inside the SideNote app when I'm using it and they remain in the not but if I copy/ paste all of a note's content or try to export it to another markdown app, I lose the image and I cannot find anywhere the app stores the image locally

The ui could be more minimal. Transparent and need a editor in the notepad

The ergonomics are a little awkward, I want to be able to easily access by keyboard and dismiss with keyboard but I’ve found it to be heavily mouse-dependant

Nice app. Actually, very useful when you don’t want to open another app to make a quick note. You can keep organized, it’s easy to use and it looks clean.

No way to collapse long notes, or condense into a list view or somesuch condensed format. copy/paste of web page only transfers text. graphics have to be dragged over individually repositioning a graphic in a note results in a duplicate being placed in the note No way to import existing notes in other apps.

Very convenient, still getting to know the app

1. When a note is very long, it takes up a lot of screen space, forcing you to use the scrollbar to see other notes. I suggest adding an option to collapse notes so that, regardless of length, multiple notes can be displayed at the same time. 2. I suggest adding support for multi-level (hierarchical) directories.
