This programme does not fit into a PM's workflow. Much is unclear, much does not work. It is still a long way from being a monday.com. Even Attlasian is more user-friendly.

Es altamente incosistente, te pierde la información que registras o te cambia el orden de las actividades de un proyecto, al escribir el nombre de una tarea te puede activar opciones como el calendario o alertas sin permitrte cancelar la acción, he tenido que ordenar el proyecto que estoy armando al menos 5 veces, parece una beta y no una versión final

Hard to Use

Love using this and it just keeps getting better.

Not really a reflection on the app. More of a personal cost-benefit analysis. First of all, the app has a beautiful interface and I like a lot of its concepts. I might come back to it someday. The truth is, my current To Do app in my workflow is working just fine. It would take me too long to learn to use Pagico and to transfer my current work to it. I would also lose a couple of the quick capture capabilities that I take for granted on my current app. So, I think Pagico has a lot of possibiliities — just not for me — not for right now.

Heroically unintuitive app. There may be some useful functionality somewhere, but I can’t find it. Spent between 1 and 2 hours watching ‘support’ videos and trying to get my head around their use model (I don’t think there really is one)… Seems little more than a collection of interesting functionalities and tech “could dos”. Dasappointing but, sadly, increasingly common.

I have enjoyed it so far, though I would like a more intuitive way to go to the calendar view for all projects together from the dashboard.

Not as good as Notion

Great app. Would be good if updates were pushed out to Setapp in a timely manner. The October update is still not available even though the retail version was updated 10 days ago!

I love the idea of having access to important files and tasks in one spot and managing multiple projects. However, I personally find the user interface organisationally unappealing to contain my chaotic brain, and I don’t have the time to make full use of it, which is a shame because there is so much to like about the app. I’ve given it a thumbs up for features even though I shant be using it to rein in my chaos.

Great app and great support. It would be even better with an API!

Does the job I guess, but the User Interface desperately needs some professional help

While still requiring some polish around the edges (shortcut keys, back button only goes back once, removing links/linked items) - this is a useful and overall well crafted tool that has dramatically improved since version 9. Good job Pagico team, I’m a believer now and happy to be using your product!

The MacOS version just oozes unparalleled quality. Warrants an iOS app refresh to match the MacOS version.

I paid for an extra manager/admin account, and the Teams accout kept losing synk. Couldn’t make it work. Terrible.

Es muy buejna, quizás tiene ciertas forams de trabaj oen la creación y mantenumineto de proeyctos que son algo poco claros pero en genetal es una app trmeendamente protente para el trabajo sobre proeyctos

We are a small team, and Pagico is perfect for managing our projects and for seeing a visual of the timeline. We also have some Windows computers, and since Pagico has programs for that platform, it is perfect. The iPad and iOS version tie in perfectly. Aside from that, the UI is well-designed, and the program is somewhat easy to use. There are plenty of advanced features to utilize as well, so the app grows with your abilities and your projects.
