App stürzt oft ab und schließt sich komplett. Domain-Endung .tv funktioniert nicht bei den „Tests“. Wäre eine wunderbare App, wenn sie richtig funktionieren würde.

Every time i try to setup a service, the program crash.

Maybe I’m not in the target user group for this app, but I run several servers, both in the cloud and at home, so I thought this app would make it easy for me to monitor those. But when I open the app, I don’t understand what I’m looking at, apparently, it lists the services on my local machine. OK. So how do I add a remote server for monitoring? The + button doesn’t seem to do anything. Apparently, I can add a ”new group” (of what?). I click on everything clickable but can’t make sense of anything. I quit the app and when I open it a second time, it looks somewhat different. The + button now offers me ”New Test”, ”Duplicate Test”, ”New Group” and ”New Group with Selection”. It looks like this just doesn’t do what I expected. And if it does, it is good at hiding it from the user.

Wonderful and responsive developer. Committed to his products and goes the extra mile when you hit a snag. I would highly urge anyone who has problems to get in touch with David Sinclair vs just giving a poor review. This app is a life saver! Thank you!

This app is obviously made by and for an IT geek!
The UI is anything but user-friendly. Very confusing! The online help is really too succinct, bordering on the unusable. No example to help understand. The vocabulary used is rather ill-defined and it takes a good deal of imagination and trial and error to understand it properly.

The sample tests provided are far too simple and too few to allow a good understanding of the philosophy of the software. In short, it is necessary to go there a little blindly to manage to understand a little. Not to mention that the version I installed (paid) does not give me any report template and does not provide any explanation on how to create one!

So yes, this application certainly has great potential... But to use it, you have to get up early!

Very crash-happy, but gets the job done with some experimentation. Not incredibly intuitive.

What happened to the last version? Simon was quite useful and stable over the last years, this redesign is unfortunately not :-(

Constantly crashing - can not configure services

does not start at all or crashes on catalina and moneterey i would REALLY love to have the app available in Setapp. thx for your efforts :) oliver
