Frustrating to group emails together - then when you click on a new email, it consistently tells you that you did a “great job” and I’ve “done everything here” when I have new emails I need to read! Going to find another email client - it’s sad because I really liked Spark!

UX is simply not good. This To Do list thing for your mails and archiving mails when you are done with them for me isn’t a great idea. In Addition to that, the app is full of bugs, crashes on macOS and just at the moment i’m trying to setup spark on my new phone and can’t establish connection to my mail servers, can’t login to my spark account and so on. I will switch to another app

Best email client

Unreliable, difficult, and unintuitive. It “loses” emails when sending. Search is very confusing. I tried it for a few months and macOS and iOS, and have now deleted it from both platforms and returned to Apple Mail.

The performance of the application on the Mac has unfortunately deteriorated. It often happens that I cannot open emails, even though they can be opened without any problems by Spark on iOS. Apple Mail also works perfectly, but Spark for macOS does not. Additionally, the application experiences a noticeably slower startup on my iPhone (currently iPhone 17 Pro; a faster version is not available at the moment). Therefore, I am forced to look for alternative solutions.

Great email client for personal AND work! Lots of unique and useful features, and I grealy appreciate how stable it is. This is super important for folks like me who are using it for business email, so thanks to the devs for paying close attention to detail.

Finally, Spark 3 brings everything you want. I’ve tried countless email apps over the years: Canary, Edison, Airmail, Superhuman, Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail. In 2025, Spark is by far the best. Simple, helpful, plenty of keyboard shortcuts. It helps me stay on top of email, without feeling overwhelmed. It’s well worth it. Particularly useful for those who like to work to Inbox Zero. Spark also has a similar command centre feature to Superhuman, which is a superpower. Do everything, fast. The best bit is you’re in total control over the features. No need to use AI if you don’t want to. It’s just fantastic.

The new AI features are groundbreaking and easy to use. Great job!

Spark never stops innovating. Once the email client is set up the way you want, it is by far the best email client to date.

Super Useful App!

Love it! All the features i’ve wanted in one app

I’ve returned back to version 2. I am still a huge fan of version #2. I am happy to "own" it. This version #3 I used via SetApp and it is a total disimprovement. I am sure most of the Readdle-employees do not use version #3 … this is just a product. More glitter, more pseudo-AI, more useless glammer.. just to sell … not to use. just one point of many: compare search-function between version #3 and version #2 and you will delete version #3 immediately. So I did, because no power or business use possible. very sad. PS: At that moment an AI or algorythm decides which email is important for me or not, at that moment I’ve lost control about my life. I would much prefer greater user-friendliness through fewer clicks, intuitive work sequences and intelligent button placement.

Spark has become impossible to use. I miss the old version without all this AI crap and “smart” groupings. I still haven’t managed to turn them off - even with Simple List I don’t get a plain chronological list of emails.

No esta mal pero me gusta mas la interfaz que no tiene ni I.A ni nada en esta los mails se van a otras carpetas y no me entero.

Buena aplicacion para la gestion de correos electricos se adapta bien mas si tienes mas de una cuenta.
