Fun app. Easy to follow. Excellent at what it does as it helps me to truly focus on speaking and doing so from a conscious level. I like the feedback and the ways it helps me to grow. Highly suggest this for anyone who wants to share any message with clarity and to gain the interest of the listener.

It is annoying,How do I contact you guys? This is not working on mac. I got it activated on the iphone but not on the mac.

I want to love this app, but it does not understand filler words. The use of “well” as an adverb is not a filler. It just listens for certain words and marks them as filler when they are not. “It's from a friend that I know well” does not contain any filler words, but I get feedback that it does. So, in short, I cannot trust the feedback. If the developer fixes this glaring problem, I’m happy to recommend the app. I have also noticed that this app doesn’t explain the exercises. Understanding anatomy is essential. It feels like the education provided is for kids. I also feel like there’s a big push to purchase additional one-on-one coaching. That seems shady in this app.

App not working with Setapp

I can't use this app with notifications turned off. That's a rather weird experience. The design could also be much better.

Crashing/Not Responding in the background, after sitting out unused for many hours

I really don’t understand what this app is trying to do. Very bad UX flow. I am trying to improve my speaking, but I couldn’t find how this app helps me. Waste of time.

It freezes and closes itself all the time.

Been enjoying the content so far. Would be great if the app could ask about your native language and tailor the lessons accordingly.

App was way too hungry for notifications - wouldn’t actually “quit”

I couldn't speak to how well this programme works to actually develop one's ability to better orate, either in interviews, at random prompts, speaking to people on the street, or just in a professional setting. What I can say is, it is a good bit of fun. It is nice to get feedback on the way that you're talking as well as getting charts that show, by some metric or another, where you do well, where you're doing poorly, and have counts of where you put in filler words like "um," "ah," or "uh," and things like that. It makes you a lot more cognisant of them, which I'm sure helps to some extent. Especially the random prompt helps to make sure you have no idea what you're actually going to be talking about, which I think is quite good.

The context menu options from the Menu are so obnoxious in that they simply don’t exist. How do you close the app? Whether you right or left click, it just opens the stupidRecord for feedback? dialogue. There’s no option to “Quit”..

Setapp conexion failed.

Apesar da descrição em português, o app não suporta o idioma português. I could’ve given a few stars because it’s useful for training English speech but Setapp is limited to thumbs up/down 🤷‍♂️
