I didn’t find it usefull. Activity monitor + Google and you got this app.

I decided to try Usage after being unsatisfied with the aesthetics of the popular Stats app. The Good: - Beautiful design - Minimal performance footprint - Although I don't personally use them - the widgets are nice touch. The Bad: - No meaningful configuration. Each component has 3~ basic, preset setting toggles. - For example, the Memory menu bar components include a bar graph for Used and Swap Used, but not Pressure - Lack of any real customization beyond 5 pre-made color schemes The Ugly: - For such beautifully designed widgets/components, the actual app UI/UX feels like a major after-thought. - Settings are scattered and hidden away across pages and icon buttons. - The left nav panel is okay, but the rest of the layout with the content centered in the middle with various options on the right is very unintuitive. - What is the point of the "Usage" page, and why would I ever need to Change Order? - Why is the Usage page where you configure the popover components?

The app will not show the network or CPU load per process, making it useless for me. What's the point of knowing the CPU or RAM load is unusually high without knowing which process consumes the resource?

Generally, OK, but not very effective at helping me stop any apps so it's kind of only half a solution.

Sync worked at first, and then it quit working, and it’s been garbage ever since. I’ve even reinstalled everything. My iphone shows all three devices. My mac only shows itself in the sync menu. This is not a reliable app yet. Update: Sync got better, but then it stopped updating in the menu bar, so I’ve uninstalled it. It’s just not a finished product yet.

I thought the app was great until it stopped working. Now, none of the icons are showing in the top bar anymore. This issue occurred after a reboot. I use an iMac (2020) with the latest updates, etc. Debug code: 949A2909-6F1C-4D15-9919-BE643AE496CA It was disabled (PS! I did not turn it off). I should have checked beforehand. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. The issue is now resolved!

Didn’t understand how to customize the menu bar. Loving the app but some UI/UX could be better! 9/10

Very Clean App, nicely lays out data and the ability to view historic data is very nice

J’ai voulu donner une nouvelle chance à l’application, mais malheureusement, je reste déçu. L’actualisation des widgets est toujours aussi problématique. Il est nécessaire de cliquer manuellement pour recharger les widgets, ce qui est loin d’être pratique, surtout pour des widgets censés offrir un aperçu rapide des ressources système. Cela les rend beaucoup moins utiles qu’une simple icône comme celle du Moniteur d’activité dans le dock. En outre, j’ai rencontré des difficultés pour retrouver l’application via les e-mails de Setapp, qui ne mentionnent pas clairement le nom de l’application lorsqu’ils transmettent un avis et une réponse du développeur. Cela complique l’expérience utilisateur.

This app is very helpful. My MacBookPro is 2019, I do a lot with graphics, LogicPro and FinalCut Pro. I need to know how my resources are being used. Usage gives me quick useful information.

I’m trying this out (as a possible replacement for iStats). I like the views in the popout much better than iStats. My one complaint so far is that even with very low update rates (most things on longest updates, with the only faster being Processor Load (@ 10 sec)), I can see from Activity Monitor that Usage is using like 3x the energy of Mail. That seems unnecessarily high. I wonder if any unnecessary views are being rendered.
