I’ve noticed that this app causes noticeable “lag” on macOS when the system has been left running for an extended period (e.g., about a week) without a full shutdown. This includes periods where the Mac is only put to sleep, not restarted. I searched Reddit for “trackpad lag issue” and tried every suggested fix, but none worked. To troubleshoot, I force-quit apps in Activity Monitor one by one until the lag disappeared. The only solution was quitting this app — once closed, the lag went away immediately, and I’ve been running my Mac without shutdowns for about two months. This is wonderful app. So I want to keep using it. Devs, please have a look on this issue. Thanks!

as useful as it is, it works 8/10 times but its buggy at times

Fantastic app. Does exactly as described and lightweight.

The application works quite well. However, what I really miss is the option to customize the behavior of the X button. Currently, it just minimizes the window, but I would prefer to be able to set it to close the application instead. I understand that everyone might want this to work differently, so having a configuration option would be the best solution. As it is, the application is quite pleasant, and you can close apps a bit faster with keyboard shortcuts. In its current state, I would gladly use this app, but I know that without the mentioned adjustments, I wouldn’t miss it that much.

I don’t know why the app is so highly rated. The implementation is quite poor and buggy. The app windows leave an empty space with the app icon after being closed or hidden, and the closing cross button sometimes disappears.

Nice little tool.
