Sehr hilfreiche App, man verliert die Werbung und kann die Videos beliebig oft offline ansehen. Dazu kann man die Auflösung und damit die Dateigröße wählen.

this is not the update, its YT overnight server changes. Happens from time to time. It's a rapidly changing environment. we adjust accordingly. Previous 1.8.5.80 version addressed most of the issues. New update 1.8.6 being released now will fix those server changes that happened yesterday.

can not store download files to network drive

Downloading straight to network drive is not supported, because it will basically add an additional "upload step" after download and merge of video and audio streams happens. Most of the websites out there store video and audio as separate streams. So, it's better to download, merge (and convert, if necessary) locally. Then uploading to a network drive would have been and extra upload operation. If something failed in the process that would add extra confusion. Downloading and doing all those steps on a network drive would take more time than needed. Hope it makes more sense now.

mostly great - been having a hard time lately with it not downloading videos. I thought i upgraded - but didn’t have latest version. downloaded from site and it’s prompting me for activation key!

Very cool app that is super helpful in downloading YouTube videos for archival. It does have some issues though in downloading where it will fail a lot and you have to consistently retry and retry until it finally downloads. Sometimes it cant download even after several attempts.

I’ve been using it only for a day, but it works great. Suggestion: manually entering timestamps for beginning and end, without needing to preview the videos. (if it’s technically possible would be a great tool and save a lot of time)
