I used to use the Anti RSI app, but it's unavailable now. Time Out has various configurations that let me tweak the behavior to closely match the Anti RSI setup I was familiar with. Good app!

The interface is too complicated for making a relatively simple break schedule.

Good intentions but too damn annoying for my workflow.

This is a must have app. I have sat unmoved from my desk for hours. That is just unhealthy. With this app, I have been moving around during the breaks. My back thanks SetApp.

decent, I wish the customization was a bit more robust. I want to show a Lookaway like animation but the background opacity makes it hard to do that.

Het doet wat het moet doen, maar er zijn mooiere alternatieven op de markt. Jammer, want ik maak graag gebruik van deze app via Setapp. Normaliter heeft Setapp de mooiste apps in haar catalogus, maar deze is een vreemde eend in de bijt.

I LOVE THIS APP The only change I would make is to make the fade in and out of the break smoother (like more steps in the gradient) But I do not need that at all for the app to woek, it has improved my life noticeably!

Great app but it misses good screensavers

I like the idea of the app, but am leaving a downvote because I would like it to worrk on multiple monitors

I found the settings/config difficult to set up the timers I wanted and the UI made it difficult to understand how I could pause, restart, etc

The breaks are impossible to schedule, very often they appear after i get back to computer. I uninstalled this app.

I live in a three-story townhouse. By taking a five minute break every hour, I can get in upwards of 20 flights of stairs a day, easily. I tried a few different ways to get myself to do it before finding this app, which is ideal. Time Out’s UI has exactly the right level of gentle insistance. (Leave it to SetApp to, once again, have the solution right under my nose.)
