The Unclutter app is one of the first I install whenever setting up a new Mac. It is such an extremely useful tool, especially when you assign the files and notes directories to an iCloud folder.

This app has no hotkey to toggle the window. So you’ll need to click it and click it again every time, tediously selecting a menu option. This makes the app obsolete and time-wasting compared to much better alternatives.

Copy history, quick notes, file stash. What’s not to like?

We use it every day

It has become an irreplaceable tool in my workflow. One of the most useful apps ever. Love it.

I have been using Unclutter for years on both my Macbook and my iMac and have thoroughly enjoyed it. My only complaint is that it does not sync with iCloud so I am unable to sync everything from device to device. If that’s not an issue for you, I highly highly recommend!!

I use tis app every day, and it’s me favorite productivity tool. Working in marketing, the clipboard in combination with the notes have been invaluable.

I’ve found it to be quiet useful. I have it sitting in my iCloud as a folder enclosing a lot of other folders. One of the things I use it for it to collect a whole bunch of files that land on my desktop that are then re-directed via Hazel. And because I’ve put the folders that capture those files onto Unclutter’s drop-down window, the folders become that more easier to access, rather than having to go clicking through umpteen finder windows. LOL

OK so far, need more time to get used to using it.

There are some nice organizational aspects to this app, but I just haven’t really figured out how to really use it in my workflow.

Recently became very laggy and buggy to use, I loved this program but it’s honestly been a huge annoyance to keep using it now

Great tool to be able to hide and organize things that would normally cutter up your desktop. Create a folder for your assets, then it’s as simple as dragging things from your desktop into the folder where you want it to live. Then with a simple command, you have access to the things you use the most.

Hi! Just found that after last uopdate application crash in background \ or close spontaneously and I can not use my favorite functional. How can I fix this issue? Or this is only my problem and I need to re-install? Thanks for help!
