The best version yet of the best to-do app I've ever used. I've been a regular 2Do user on the Mac since v1 in 2012 (and an even earlier user of 2Do on iOS before that) and I run my life through it. There is nothing it can't handle -- you can have a process as simple or complicated (or both, from list to list) as you want. I'm so glad to see the Mac version get this refresh (alongside the iPhone version today). My only misgiving about 2Do in the past was the feeling that it might soon cease development, but now I don't have that worry anymore. The best software news of the year for me and it isn't even close.

This has been a great app all these years I’ve been using it. It’s solid and has a ton of features.

App crashes A LOT. I sense the version we get on Setapp is somehow inferior to the version available on the App Store, since that version seems to have consistently high reviews with few crash reports. Disappointing.

Excellent. The best GTD for the Mac and iPhone IMHO. I’ve used it for several years.

Beste GTD App

This app is excellent. I bought the iOS app via App Store and it syncs perfectly with the Setapp Mac version. Absolutely worth the couple of extra bucks to have on mobile.

Love this app. Update: I reached out about a feature that’s missing from the app. It’s actually already there but not accessable the way it is in other areas of the app. I received this response: “…the developer is not looking to add new features to the app but I will forward your request to him.” How long before this becomes an unsupported set of apps?

Massive improvement from what we had before. Design-wise, it looks closer to Things now. However, the keyboard shortcuts are not 1-to-1, so if you’re migrating from Things, there will still be a learning curve. The thing I like most is the two-way sync between Reminders and 2Do. One thing to note: 2Do writes “@“ indicators to the equivalent task in Reminders. For instance, if you star a 2Do task, this writes “@starred” into the equivalent Apple Reminders’ task’s notes. For being able to filter @starred tasks in Apple Reminders and other apps that sync with Apple Reminders, this can be a boon. But if you don’t like this feature, I don’t yet see a way to turn it off, so I assume they’re relying solely on the presence of these “@“ indicators in the notes to persist the state right now. Other than a few other nitpicks, this seems like a solid app to work off of.

Great app! I would really like to use on my iPhone, but there is no IOS version offered here in setapp. However, there is an IOS version in the Apple App Store for$10. What’s the deal here??

Very happy with 2Do. There are some things I would change, like making due dates easier to select, and some UI tweaks. But the functionality is spot on. I like that it doesn’t need to go too deep. Many to do apps get cumbersome with their interface. requiring nested sub lists or strict categories. 2Do lets me keep just enough info to stay on track with projects, without requiring me to check in over and over.
