Yes! The first couple of weeks of using it have been fantastic. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Its ability to transcribe and summarize meetings is very impressive. The Pages/organization approach is odd, but I can live with it. (It would be much better with a Apple Notes like filing approach.)

This is incredible - exactly what I was searching for. It's not just another AI that provides transcripts; you can actually import action items into your lists, and it offers a clear calendar view of the precise moments when your meetings occurred. It is undoubtedly superior, as it encourages me to transition from using Notion Calendar and Things and my AI note-taker to a single app.

I know you guys are new to Setapp, but the onboarding experience was not very pleasant, I expected more polish. It's difficult to understand what’s what. The notch widget is too tall and protrudes into the foreground app. But it has potential, I will give it a try.

Thank you so much for this!!! This is by far the best addition to Setapp and the most valuable tool in a very long time. Well thought out, stable and reliable. It just ticks all the boxes. I have been wanting to try amie for awhile so I was happy to see it here. It was a pleasant surprise for it to be able to see calendars added via system settings on my mac. The meeting summaries are pretty great from what I have tested so far. I was also excited to see a two way things 3 integration. I set up a sync for my today list, unfortunately as soon as I used the ai schedule it removed notes associated with tasks and it is a two way sync so they were gone in both places. I hope this is fixed. I am still learning to use it but it has been pretty inuitive. I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I’ve used Amie for over 1.5 years. Early on, it felt like a strong personal calendar and tasks app. The price increase changed that. On its own, it stopped feeling worth it for personal use, so the Setapp bundle helps. Some issues hurt daily use. Apple Calendar sync worked before, but after reinstalling the Setapp version and setting it up again, my Apple calendars no longer appear in Amie. Apple Reminders integration was on the roadmap early on, then disappeared. That’s a real gap. More connectors would help. YouTube would make sense alongside Spotify. I’d also love an integration with Capacities for personal knowledge management. I’m currently using Granola for meetings and I’m very happy with it, so I’m curious if Amie can replace it. One small but annoying UI bug: Window controls on MacOS are misaligned in the current version. Amie started as a great personal planner. I hope future updates bring back more focus on personal workflows and integrations.

Not usable. The user experience is non existent, totally confusing and unclear. Never seen such a bad product

Allowed me to cancel my otter.io subscription, which was laughably bad. This blows it out of the water. Only feedback is I wish I can start the recording for a meeting from the menu bar without opening the page for the meeting (for when I’m in-person in a hybrid meeting and don’t need to join on my laptop but want to still take notes)

The summaries of video calls generated by Amie are more accurate and require less post-production editing than summaries generated by other AI apps and services I have used. This is an excellent app.

Took a while to figure out how to get it to record… It just isn’t that obvious that it’s recording and the transcript only appears at the end. Having said that — it’s really great now that I have got used to it. The recordings happen automatically, and it does a good job of summarsing and labeling speakers.

Honestly, Amie is just on another level. The transcription is ultra-accurate–it captures everything perfectly. It’s got a super sleek design, handles multiple languages, and I love that it records audio seamlessly without sending a bot into the meeting. Plus, the scheduling links look amazing. It’s easily my favorite tool right now.

Liking using amie so far, and diving into setting it all up to my preference. Can’t seem to sync this with the iphone app though. not sure if im missing something? Edit: Got it - would be a great addition! The disconnect right now for me is not having the todos on the go

This app is amazing! Was a huge lifesaver for me. It does an amazing job recording calls, transcripts were good, I’ve used Fathom, FIreflies, and other similar services but I like this one the best.

The UX and functionality are excellent, including meeting management, task management, and conference management. AI recognition and speaker login are incredibly easy. The external tools and casting are also excellent. I've used many other tools, but ultimately settled on amie.

App doesn’t work well: blank screen, login not working, and even after I finally got it open, it’s not intuitive to use. One of the fastest removed apps I’ve ever tested from Setapp.

long time fan. love the todo-calendar hybrid. meeting-notetaker is solid plus. all is well integrated.
