I have quibbles with it since it does not integrate into the calendar I use. but it has been a great boon for capturing meeting details and separating speakers even if it will not let me name the speaker or add notes or templates because it is not attached to a meeting. Hopefully they address these things later on. ; ) but still definately a great addition to the setapp subscription.

This app is amazing. I had used other apps for this purpose and they always fell short, but the notes in Amie have been spot-on so far. Also it works great in Spanish. I’m extremely happy with this app, and I think it would be amazing to have IOS support as well.

Tolle Meeting Notizen, etwas mher Accountvielfalt wäre nice, aber auch so ok.

Liking using amie so far, and diving into setting it all up to my preference. Can’t seem to sync this with the iphone app though. not sure if im missing something? Edit: Got it - would be a great addition! The disconnect right now for me is not having the todos on the go

This app is amazing! Was a huge lifesaver for me. It does an amazing job recording calls, transcripts were good, I’ve used Fathom, FIreflies, and other similar services but I like this one the best.

The UX and functionality are excellent, including meeting management, task management, and conference management. AI recognition and speaker login are incredibly easy. The external tools and casting are also excellent. I've used many other tools, but ultimately settled on amie.

Does a great job with transcriptions and maintaining “grouped” summaries. It also suggests email drafts, which is very cool. If you use one of the “built in integrations” for apps, it is seamless. I like that it doesn’t require inviting a bot to your meetings, and records directly from system audio. One killer feature - it can be configured to automatically record every meeting without you having to hit start. And, if you have ad hoc meetings, its calendar integration can even add those meetings to your calendar so you have a record of them. If you are using Obsidian which isn’t yet directly integrated (like me), you will have to do some manual gyrations to get your notes our of Amie into your app - but the summaries are very good, so I’m looking for other ways to automate this and have requested an automation to “export meeting notes to a specific file systems location in markdown format.”

Great in general, hope it supports user dictionary for transcripts. Also waiting for the iphone app access… 🫠

Great transcription service. Works great.

The AI feature is underwhelming. I connected it with the calendar and Todoist, but it can’t even answer basic questions like what’s on my schedule for next week.

This is incredible - exactly what I was searching for. It's not just another AI that provides transcripts; you can actually import action items into your lists, and it offers a clear calendar view of the precise moments when your meetings occurred. It is undoubtedly superior, as it encourages me to transition from using Notion Calendar and Things and my AI note-taker to a single app.

I know you guys are new to Setapp, but the onboarding experience was not very pleasant, I expected more polish. It's difficult to understand what’s what. The notch widget is too tall and protrudes into the foreground app. But it has potential, I will give it a try.

Thank you so much for this!!! This is by far the best addition to Setapp and the most valuable tool in a very long time. Well thought out, stable and reliable. It just ticks all the boxes. The search for the right meeting companion has ended right here! Brilliant piece of software, well done! Auf geht’s!

I like the app, but I miss being able to use it on my iPhone as well, which isn't possible. I also miss being able to customize the meeting page. I'd like to be able to add some elements like Bento did.

Yes! The first couple of weeks of using it have been fantastic. Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Its ability to transcribe and summarize meetings is very impressive. The Pages/organization approach is odd, but I can live with it. (It would be much better with a Apple Notes like filing approach.)

Allowed me to cancel my otter.io subscription, which was laughably bad. This blows it out of the water. Only feedback is I wish I can start the recording for a meeting from the menu bar without opening the page for the meeting (for when I’m in-person in a hybrid meeting and don’t need to join on my laptop but want to still take notes)

The summaries of video calls generated by Amie are more accurate and require less post-production editing than summaries generated by other AI apps and services I have used. This is an excellent app.
