Loved the app. Recovered lot of space by cleaning junk files and cache. Didn’t know I had accumulated so much junk. Small but helpful features like Screen Cleaning mode show that good thought has gone into building the app. There was a little issue while running the scan, which caused my chrome browser to freeze, which had to be force quit.

Love it, it’s super useful. Let’s me know what’s going on with my system and why the 15 hour coding session i just had somehow used 480gigabytes of storage…. :D

I like this utility, as it is apparently safe to use on a mac, althogh if you are a nervous type, I would not recommend messing with system files.

Great utility. Some see no need for this type of app but I’ve come to appreciate the value and peace of mind it brings to my computers.

Update 5.7.1 completely broke the app. You can scan but then if you try to run the selected actions, nothing happens. You can click the Run button 100 times and it does not run. If you try clicking the back button after clicking run, you'll find that it no longer works so you need to Force Quit the application. You think they would have fixed something so major quickly, but no—it's been nearly 2 weeks and it's still completely unusable.

It's been a great tool so far, very useful in cleaning up files on your Mac and keeping it working and healthy. I've used it for many years and was glad to see it included in this subscription.

Super App, die ich schon lange in Gebrauch habe. Lohnt sich besonders über Setapp, da man so noch weitere tolle Apps zum beinahe gleichen Preis benutzen kann. Top!

Rien ne se passe lorsqu’on clique sur certaines fonctions comme « désinstaller une application ». En gros, c’est devenu inutile et ça remet en question l’abonnement à SetApp !

This used to work fine before. But recently nothing works anymore. I can just scan, but clicking on any of the actions doesn’t do anything anymore. I’ve restarted the computer and reinstalled the app, without success. It’s completely broken now.

Idéal

Setapp has been a Mac staple of mine for over a decade, and CleanMyMac alone is worth the subscription. It’s the first app I install on every new Mac because it just works. The interface is intuitive, with no bloatware or surprise extras. I love that it clearly explains what it’s cleaning so I can confidently manage my system. If you're on the fence about Setapp, just go for it!
