Works well. I’m not a coder, but sometimes need to view and attempt to interpret code.

Love the app! Its great for quick editing of code files without the need for a compete ide, and also great for quickly prototyping new features and code changes. only remark is the lack of a more modern ui, but otherwise no bad points for the app. overal great experience.

I don’t know what I’m doin half of the time but currently i use it to read my read me files, need to find a place so i can start to learn how to do basic coding and what not.

Very useful for quick code editing tasks, reviewing json files, and openning very large files efficiently.

Love this app

Dont do it!! When you launch it for the firsrt time, you will get litertally 90-100 modals asking if you want this app to open pretty much all the file formats on the planet… if you do this (and it will take you 20 minutes) you will f___k up your system…. they need to fix this NOW!!! Terrible terrible terrible, as Rocky wouldsay.

A great code editor

Fantastic App, simple, clean and fast

Keeps stealing (making itself the owner/editor for) txt files. I keep having to kill the app, and Setapp keeps recreating it.

Great program. Very intuitive interface

Excellent app. I do wish it had code folding, and something like the excellent Navigator feature on Espresso (a TOC-like nested listing of all /* comments, functions, and control structures). But the autocomplete (especially including your own variables!) is phenomenal, and makes coding much faster and more accurate. Definitely my go-to for coding.

Seems most editors fall short somewhere and lack the one feature I need or a small detail is missing. This one is everything I have always wanted in an editor. As well as being pretty straight forward and intuitive, at least to me, it’s not bloated, confusing or trying to be something it’s not. Simply perfect!

Könnte von der Usability und Optik etwas schöner gestaltet sein, erfüllt aber perfekt den Zweck, dass ich mit allen möglichen Dateiformaten arbeiten kann, die ich im technischen Bereich brauche.

A very quick editor, I know it can do more, but that’s pretty much all I do with it: it loads fast and is very convenient for my workflow.

Wow... immediate failure on first try—it's telling me I don't have Homebrew installed, which is false.

slow startup times is anoying, and how it "steals" a bunch of file extensions like csv
