Full Disk Access is a required permission for any Mac data recovery software to scan the drive where you lost data. Without granting this permission, data scanning cannot proceed. Please note that iBoysoft Data Recovery is read-only access to your hard drive where you lost data.

Needs a kernel extension, destoyed a new USB-C drive and got me nothing.

Does not work, also asks for way tooo much permissions, connects/ tries to connect and send data from device to internet.. Highly suspicious!

meh. a thumbs up as it identified a ton of txt, plist, pdf, mov, tif and png files. Unfortunately, it did not identify any of the files I was hoping to find, deleted within the last week.

The success of deleted file recovery depends on whether these deleted files have been overwritten. Once overwritten, they become irrecoverable.
