Mmm… I am still trying to determine if this is worth the time to use or not. I am intrigued with the idea of managing multiple projects, but there seems to be a lot of up front cost in terms of time. I also don’t like that I cannot customize the reports with things like my logo.

I had a paid version prior to SetApp. I have a huge need for a meeting management tool, something to help build an agenda, take notes against that agenda and create action items. Being able to follow up on those action items, see previous meeting notes (for recurring meetings) and integrating that into email so I can send meeting invites/agendas, meeting minutes, and assign tasks is a huge need. I was hoping iMeetingX was up to the task but it is confusing and seems to not provide the easy meeting management I was hoping for.

Très utile pour faire les compte-rendus de réunion et autres PV d’AG. Il manque un tutoriel, il faut tatônner, et on sent que le projet est en développement, mais je suis satisfait des résultats et je trouve qu’il mérite qu’on lui donne sa chance. Merci et bravo au développeur pour son travail.

Not very well thought out. The idea of having a form that automatically generates meeting with agendas is pretty good, but in the days of Zoom etc, it doesn’t work. The fact that you can’t just record meeting notes using it (you have to send the meeting invitation via a compiled email application) is very strange. I wanted to use it to record meeting minutes, but it just doesn’t work for that case. I can’t send meeting invitations from it because our business uses Google Calendar. I can’t record minutes, because it won’t let me unless it’s a meeting iMeetingX has set up. Really poor product design

This has completely changed my project workflow! I use this as the centerpiece of managing projects even for interdepartment meetings. It helps track ALL tasks, action items, decisions, and meeting attenders. Minute production is a breeze. I usually fill out after a meeting but worth the time.

Not intuitive.

At the beginning I had to search a bit until I understood the process. Basically, I think this app is great for preparing meetings, taking minutes and organizing tasks / decisions. I have now used the app in several meetings and am very satisfied.
