Cool, and I use it all the time for emojis. But the UX for searching should be better. Right now, gotta move the mouse way down there on the search textbox in order to search. SHOULD be that when interface is open, I only need to type without having to click or press hotkeys before searching.

A lot more than a keyboard shortcuts display tool! I’ve enjoyed having custom URLs (both web and local to my machine) easily accessible with a hotkey. Another favorite is the ability to show a folder’s content quickly with a hotkey also. Great for a current projects folder.

It pops up keyboard shortcuts and mapping for both OS and the app you are in.

I really didn’t get how you can use this. I really like the idea behind it, but the app has a terrible UX. I‘m unable to open the app 90% ot the time. I can’t create a custom shortcut to open it

Open-source alternative KeyClu is much better and free, far less intrusive and far more useful. This has no ability for custom shortcuts, for one.

Thank you for your feedback. You can add custom shortcuts to be displayed within KeyCue's setting and you can also use KeyCue to set or override existing shortcuts within your other apps.

Nice but need a few more customizations so it doesn’t appear when doing normal Mac operations.

You can change the delay time for each action separately in KeyCue's settings. Feel free to adapt as needed.

L'idée est bonne, mais il pop à des moments non volontaires a cause d'un raccourci clavier déjà utilisé par une autre app, et finalement peu utile..

As those shorcuts are very personal for each user, defaults should only give you a headstart - please feel free to customize the shortcuts to your needs so that they don't conflict with other apps.

The app’s headline feature is pointless – it shows only the most common commands instead of the full list. Emoji picker: the cheat sheet appears after a noticeable delay, and you can’t change emoji color – only yellow is available. Folders: I tested a folder with a few dozen subfolders. Complex hierarchies are the only reason to use this feature, because you can link only one folder to each command. The app spent two minutes processing the folder, then half-crashed: the cheat sheet stayed up, but the settings pane froze and wouldn’t reopen. Menus keep rearranging themselves without input – triggers and actions change randomly. The predefined-URL cheat sheet works, but BetterTouchTool handles the same job better. The app also fails to recognize BetterTouchTool’s predefined shortcuts. I didn’t expect it to, but that support would have been the real deal. All that in only twenty minutes. Absurd. –3/100.

basically like a better version of cheatsheet, which I’ve been loving for a while now. Great job.

Happy to have this as I missed this functionality from an old app called “commands” or something. Keeping an eye on it regarding privacy though.

Very useful app, especially with the ability to quickly set menu shortcuts without going into keyboard settings.
