J’ai essayé tant d’applications pour faire aussi bien : · 24me mais ce n’était pas parfait pour les notes, · Craft mais les copier-coller sont difficiles et l’organisation pas aussi évidente, · Todoist qui ne sait pas faire les notes, · Structured qui est très bien pour organiser ses journées, mais pas pour être un espace de notes · Things qui est robuste mais très limité Noteplan fait tout ça en mieux ! Le copier-coller HTML est un temps gagné important pour moi tout comme les paramétrages. Le seul bémol est peut-être le calendrier en mode mensuel qui ne prévisualise pas les choses et met juste des points et l’absence de widget pour le mac. Sinon une très jolie découverte grace à Setapp !

Love it! I use it every day for simple tasks, but I would love to see the AI integration within my Setapp account. Will that be available soon?

I’ve tried Craft, Notion, and EverNote and I feel like NotePlan has nailed it the most for me. It’s got the freedom of being able to free form notes with the smarts that integrates todos with calendars.

A solid native Mac app, and a viable and capable alternative Obsidian app. The daily note and calendar function is my favorite.

New user, so far addicted. Every year I go through a conundrum searching high and low for a non-paper option to do well with block scheduling, tasks between 5 calendars, extra projects, personal, work, family, and spouse life… I’m still learning, but this seems to be the home I have been searching for for over 5 years. I am an ultra-productive person and can never seem to find that exact IT factor in all the to-do apps out there. This has the IT factor! Thank you to the developers. I agree with many of the great reviews already mentioned. I’ll update this later with a more refined review once I get the hang of it. Right now, I’m just so happy with how the daily plan and blocking are going to get more realistic with my “super mom / super worker” mentality and “never enough time” in my day.

With little fanfare, NotePlan on Mac and iOS does many things very well and, for me, has supplanted several other apps for outlining, notes, and general productivity. It’s a great app, done very well.

Just incredible. It really brings it everything together. Super, super app, that will take over the world :) Improvements still to do, for me, are small tweaks to the way events and timeblocking works. I really want to see it work more seamlessly with Microsoft 365 calendars.

not a great app. Its a good alternative to Notion. AI credits are very limited.

Anazing app, I wish I tried it sooner. Swithing from Obsidian to NotePlan. It just suits my brain better, as it is centred on your daily tasks and calendar. It integrates with your calendars and reminders, thus making it easy to plan, reflect, timeblock etc. Plus it is native, has a browser version that can be used on Windows if needed, and the subscription already incudes syncing and publishing (goodbye Obsidian Sync).

NotePlan has been my ‘second brain’ app for almost a year now. What sets it apart from the many, many other apps I’ve tried is that it successfully combines task management with timeblocking as well as notetaking. Two-way calendar sync would make it even better!

Good stuff

This is the markdown notes collection and life organization tool I have been looking for! Like Obsidian but lets fiddly and MAC NATIVE! Add to that the robust MCP support and I’m a super fan.

NotePlan makes managing my life and work much more convenient, fast, and concise. It is the purest note-taking experience.

Quite simply the best app on Setapp and its under constant development!

I have only used NotePlan for 3 days now, but I can already see that I am going to like it. So many similar programs that I have used in the past have had some one or two things that ended up making them a deal-breaker. So far in NotePlan, I have not encountered that situation.
