Hello, Presentify/ToDoBar/FaceScreen are menu bar apps and do not have a window like other traditional apps. Therefore, upon starting the app, you should see the app icon at the top menu bar. You can click this to start using the app. If you're not able to see the app icon at the top menu bar, this is most likely because you do not have enough space on your menu bar. You can use apps like Ice (free and open-source) or Bartender (paid) to better manage the space on your menu bar. Or, you can simply close some of the apps on your menu bar to make some space available. You can start annotating with the keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + A), so there's no need to click the icon in the top menu bar. Last but not least, you can watch a quick video on YouTube (https://youtu.be/y6nP_vej6Bc?si=fGF61n5nEBnPw4uh) showing what I just said above. I hope you will consider re-writing your review. It’s a brilliant app if you have to run a lot of online sessions or record vid clips to explain complex workflow - the onscreen markers make it easy for audience to follow instructions. Highly recommended!!

Nice idea, but I found it kept interupting my screen share in MS Teams. Result being I had to keep resharing my screen mid presentation. This stopped when I killed the app. Would try again if it got a fix.

Thanks for adding a review. Presentify shouldn't interrupt your workflow. I think you may have enabled Interactive Mode. Can you kindly disable it and then use Presentify? If the above resolves your problem, please consider updating this review. Best, Ram

The highlight on my cursor will not show up on Teams or Google Meeting meetings when I share my desktop.

Amazing having consistent presentation tools that are agnostic of whatever meeting/video software i’m using. Paired its shortcuts with my StreamDeck and I’m a presentation master.

Thanks for writing a review. Yes, the slight zoom lag is a problem with the Setapp version for some reason. The App store version works fine. I'll dig more into this. Best, Ram

Quite minimalist, but usefull. I’d love to have a proper eraser to delete parts, not clear it completely. And a bit more features, but it’s good already.

Hi Ivan, Thanks for your review. A proper eraser to delete specific drawings was added to version 5.0.0 and onwards. You can simply press and hold the Command key and select whichever drawing(s) you want to delete or move. I only use it occasionally, usually when screen sharing on a Zoom call or to a lesser extent when explaining something on a presenattion or app. I do not need it very often, but when I do it is indeispensible.

I have tried many other cursor-highlighting and screen-annotation apps, but none compare to Presentify. This is my go-to tool for clearly presenting what’s on my screen.

Great minimalist app to draw on screen. The only downside is that it is designed exclusively for Qwerty keyboards. For non qwerty keyboards there is conflict with the shortcuts. For example with a French keyboard, I can’t do ⌘Z to undo (because this command triggers the whiteboard) It would be great if the app automatically detect the user keyboard, or that you could change your keyboard in the preferences, or that you could change all shortcuts
