UPDATE DECEMBER 2025: When will I learn. This program can be very DANGEROUS and DESTRUCTIVE. Just hosed Time Machine so I have lost all archives (Luckily I have a redundant backup.). Be careful. DO NOT USE this app unless you know exactly what will happen., especially with its ‘cleaning’ features that affect system files. What space you may gain is not worth the risk.

I have used Clean My Mac since day one. Left for cc cleaner app. but came back 5 days later. Interface is the best, none opr issues at all, anytime.

Lots of great features. I didn’t realize how much I needed this app until I tried it.

Absolute nightmare this app. Constantly eats up CPU with its so called health monitor process telling me my RAM is full but when I look at my RAM its Mac Cleaner that consumes mos of it as well. I prefer Mac Cleaner Pro. Works flawlessly and doesnt eat up my resources.

The best app for cleaning mac app. Just one click and it’s find all „trashy” things on your mac. I highly recommend

First, let me state I like the Application, BUT, when cleaning up, it turns most of my disk permissions to garbage. Also, it most always leaves remnants of applications behind when they should have ALL been removed. PLEASE FIX THIS!

This app is so impressive that it influenced my decision to join Setapp. Its operation is incredibly smooth and efficient, which truly amazes me.

nice easy mainstream tool to do what it does, no bs as far as i can tell. However, it does use up a decent amount of CPU and memory itself while running or even in the background sometimes.

I love CleanMyMac and love even more now that I can use SetApp to use it accross my three macs and my phones!

CleanMyMac has been one of my favororigte apps to use on my Macs. There might be a version for Windows, but I don’t care what the evil empire is doing. I like CleanMyMac and recommend the app.

I like the app and use it on all my Macbooks and Mac Minis. But on my main computer, a Mac Mini M4 Pro, I have had to turn off real-time malware monitor as the CPU usage simply was too high, which resultet in high temperatures. After disabled the malware monitor my CPU temperature is about 20 degrees lower. This should be looked into. Besides that, I recommend the app for Mac users.

Super application. Très simple d’utilisation et efficace!

Best app on Setapp. This is essential, IMHO. Look, all of these functions can be done without the app using term commands, and a little elbow grease; but that’s the point. Having all of this done in a smooth and seamless way makes managing these tasks so easy, and that means very little friction in keeping my mac healthy.
