En general es una experiencia positiva. Solo que en ocasiones es complicado sincronizar archivos entre dispositivos porque se cambia la extensión por un “pkg” o algo así, con lo que no se pueden abrir archivos entre dispositivos hasta que manualmente cambio la extensión,

Tiene mucho potencial, sin embrago, sería muy util que pudiese coordinarse con la barra de menu del sistema y de las aplicaciones…por ahora queda “montada” sobre ellas y entorpece el acceso…no es un problema en pantallas grandes (iMac) pero si en espacios reducidos como el de un macbook air de 13”

Fantasitc app and highly recommend…I see it has been redesigned/updated. Will the new update be provided to Setapp subscribers at some point going forward…

Great app, use it quite a bit. A good markdown compatibel export would be nice. Integration with Obsidian like apps?

I removed the Mac App Store version of MindNode and installed it through Setapp, but the app won’t open. It displays a message saying I’m not allowed to have two versions installed, even though I’ve completely removed the App Store version. I haven’t experienced this issue with any other Setapp apps that also have a Mac App Store version.

I like this app, it was my fav around 2 years ago but rarely had the chance to use it. Although, i was kind of bummed to see after those two years everything was the exact same, no ui updates or anything. But a great app regardless

The best simple mindmap software for Mac. Does exactly what it means to do, with a simple beauty and few bells and whistles. For people who like actually using mindmaps more than making their mindmaps fancy.

Upate: after I found that MindNode registered the file extension for traskpaper files, and all those now open in Mindnote, I removed MindNode at once. I don’t condone this type of behaviour. Looked for a replacement for the now defunct iThoughtsX. MindNode is not quite as full-featured, but all the essentials are there. The unfold all shortcut is broken, it replaces the note text with the character ˘. This indicates that the developers don’t use their own app, or at least don’t use the shortcuts.
