I use this app everyday, In general I love it, my only complaint is that it doesn't locally store images in a way that includes them in the note when you export it. I can see the photos inside the SideNote app when I'm using it and they remain in the not but if I copy/ paste all of a note's content or try to export it to another markdown app, I lose the image and I cannot find anywhere the app stores the image locally

The ui could be more minimal. Transparent and need a editor in the notepad

will be better with hideable notes. i want to hide some notes so that it won’t appear but should be able to easily open up again.

To-do items are not displayed properly. Instead of clickable checkbox a file icon is displayed.

1. When a note is very long, it takes up a lot of screen space, forcing you to use the scrollbar to see other notes. I suggest adding an option to collapse notes so that, regardless of length, multiple notes can be displayed at the same time. 2. I suggest adding support for multi-level (hierarchical) directories.

LOVE this app, wondering if the ability to toggle notes can be a future feature? Devs please, my notes get so long! Even a “read more” button after a certain length would be nice
