When available, documentation for software is also accessible online. We encourage you to review the documentation and try the software prior to making your purchase to ensure that it meets your requirements.

MacPaw reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

If you are not satisfied with a subscription purchased through our website, please contact our Customer Support Team (either by email or by phone) to request a refund.

MacPaw may decline refund claims in the following cases:

1. Subscription was purchased for the wrong platform (e.g., Windows instead of macOS).
2. Inability to operate the software in your computing environment.
3. Inability to use the software due to an operator error.
4. Suspected refund abuse, license misuse, or fraudulent activity, including excessive refund requests from a single user or attempts to retain and use the product after a refund has been processed.

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party reseller (e.g., Apple App Store), you must contact the reseller directly to request a refund. Their policies govern these transactions.

Apple App Store: If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store, your transaction is governed by Apple's refund policy. The Company is unable to issue refunds for payments processed through Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly.

Authorized Resellers and Retailers: If you purchased our software through a third-party retailer, reseller, or online marketplace, please note that the refund and return policies of the respective seller apply. MacPaw is unable to process refunds for these purchases. Contact the seller directly to request assistance.

If your refund request is declined by the third-party seller for any reason, MacPaw cannot issue a refund on their behalf.
