Has become my favorite and default for capturing and marking up screenshots

First of all - I actually love the simplicity of it and the resulting screenshot, so it pains me to leave a negative review - but I’m hoping it can lead to fixes. The delays in screenshot times make this unusable for me. In addition to delays, sometimes it loses screenshots. I’ve found myself spending 30 seconds trying to recapture the same area (I’ve found now that if I click the icon in the task bar, the screenshot loads into the clipboard when this happens) It’s just unfortunately too buggy to use right now, the delays have lead to me pasting incorrect images in chats or documents. I really hope this can be addressed as that is the ONLY reason I’m not using it anymore

How can I access the iOS version?

Xnapper is awesome. However, I would like to generate lower size PNG images. The current PNG images are just too large

Why is there an “App” menu in the menu bar? How about “Quit” instead of “Quit completely?” Why is Settings greyed out but there are clearly settings? C’mon man, good ideas in this app, but it feels like it belongs on another platform.

Good app, but interface could be a bit easier.

Ive been using SnagIt since 2007, and this is so much better. Easier and faster to take a screenshot, the post screenshot tools are easy to use, and look so much better than I’ve had on SnagIt. I’ve fully conerted to Xnapper after 17 years (damn, that’s a long time) with SnagIt.

Where are the delayed screenshots? nice basics some fun stuff that is not really important just nice therefore important features are missing!
