This application doesn't work at all, it's completely useless, every action either crashes or asks us to contact support, it's a mess.

It shows an error when trying to remove the background from most images. Please fix this.

Most of it doesn’t work at all. The split view is badly misaligned so you can’t compare well and UX is poor.
