Manzoni runs AI models directly on your Mac. This means your drafts, edits, and prompts are processed locally, without being sent anywhere. You can write sensitive documents, personal notes, or early ideas without worrying about data sharing or training external models on your work.

The interface stays intentionally simple. Most of the time, you see only your text. Tools appear only when relevant, so your attention stays on writing, not on managing the app. With Markdown support, you can format as you type. Light and dark modes ensure long sessions are comfortable.

When you don’t know how to start, Manzoni gives you structure. The prompt library and template catalog help you generate initial drafts for academic writing, business documents, marketing content, journalism, creative projects, and more. Instead of starting from zero, you begin with a usable draft and refine it from there.

Editing happens directly inside your document. You can rewrite sentences, improve clarity, or adjust tone using simple inline commands. If a paragraph isn’t working, you can ask for alternatives without leaving the editor.

Manzoni works without an internet connection and doesn’t require signup. Open the app and start writing. This makes it reliable for travel, focused work blocks, or any situation where you want a quiet, private writing environment.
