What does it work with? not PNG, PDF or JPEG.. doesn’t integrate with finder

Tried it with the 79 screenshots on my desktop and was met with the error “can’t open PNGs.” PNG is the default screenshot format in macOS for a long time now - kinda weird that an app designed for renaming screenshots on macOS cannot open the native format for them.
