One step ahead of Finder
Finder is a file manager. But let’s be honest — most of us use it only to find files. The real file management takes place in Path Finder.
Enjoy dual-pane interface with tabs
Search, move, copy, or sync items across multiple locations without losing your past searches.
You can save tab sets to instantly bring up locations you typically go through when you perform certain tasks.
Up your game with modules
Path Finder offers built-in modules — essentially the optional features you can add to Path Finder, such as Info, Preview, or Drop Stack. Go to Window > Modules, then drag and drop the modules of your choice onto the app.
Use a handy cloud uploader
Upload files to the cloud — Amazon S3, FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, etc. — from any Path Finder pane. Select and right-click the files, choose Upload to, and choose the account.
Browse through stuff from the menu bar
Path Finder’s menu bar app is an excellent shortcut to find a recent folder or file, open an app, and more.
Catch large files with Size Browser
Another little goodie we love is Size Browser. Want to know the weight of each file inside a folder? Or quickly find the largest files? Select the target folder, then go to Window > Size Browser. You can switch between list view and hierarchical chart view.
