Things to remember, on the side
macOS has keyboard shortcuts. Apps have their own keyboard shortcuts. Online services have yet other keyboard shortcuts. Overkill it is.
You need a cheat sheet
You want to be productive and do your work faster, which is why using shortcuts and quick actions is smart. But you shouldn’t memorize all of them right away. SideNotes should.
Use SideNotes as a quick knowledge base sliding out whenever you need it — a single swipe on the Trackpad is enough.
Save bookmarks, regex, or templates
And not only shortcuts! It’s possible to create folders in SideNotes to tuck away all the stuff you want to keep at hand. For example, I have a reading list folder where I essentially keep bookmarked articles; then there’s another folder with templates for emails, and so on.
Hope this use case will help you solve tasks faster, and enjoy solving them, too! Check out more use cases picked for you below.
