With just a few clicks on your Mac, you can set your breaks to match your workflow. For example, you can set it to a 20-second pause every 20 minutes or a 5-minute rest after an hour. You can also customize the skip behavior: skip anytime, skip after a delay, or lock breaks so you can’t skip. Just set it and forget it, or adapt on the go.

Set and customize reminders

LookAway helps you keep your posture and blinking habits in check with gentle, non-intrusive reminders. You can also create custom break screen messages to stay motivated, such as “Blink and breathe,” “Stretch your shoulders,” or “Take a deep breath and relax,” and enter them in any language.
